Intel 10th generation Core S-series desktop processors: Features All the new Intel processors now come with new overclocking knobs that allows users to enable and disable per-core hyper-threading. According to the company, the Comet Lake S processors an offer up to 187 fps for in-game performance while streaming and recording and around 63% better fps compared to a 3 years old PC along with around 18% better 4K video rendering compared to the previous generation and 35% faster video editing compared with a 3-year-old PC. Intel also claims that these new processors are capable of offering around 31% better overall performance compared to a 3-year-old PCs. Apart from this, the company is also claiming that its 10th generation Intel Core i9 10900K is the world's fastest gaming processor with 10 cores/20 threads and a maximum clock speed of 5.3GHz, which is also the highest clocked processor in the market. The 10th generation Intel Core processors include 32 different SKUs including the flagship Core i9-10900K with 10 core/20 threads to the lower-end Celeron G-5900 processors. The new lineup brings several new features to the table including improved thermal performance, boosted clock speeds as well as improved overclocking support. ![]() ![]() The 10th Generation Intel processors are based on a 14nm process node that was introduced with the Skylake series.
